I want you to feel confident commissioning your Journey of Words while recognising that every artwork involves personalised creative work.
Before Painting Begins
Before I begin painting, I will ask you to confirm your final words, spellings, colours and other agreed personalisation details.
This is your opportunity to make any last-minute corrections or changes.
After Your Final Confirmation
Once you have confirmed your choices and painting has begun, changes of mind to previously approved words, colours or other personalisation are not included in the original price.
If you request a change and it is still possible to make it, I will explain what is involved and let you know beforehand if there will be an additional charge.
If I Make an Error
If I make a mistake or your artwork does not reflect the details we agreed and confirmed, please contact me.
I will work with you to put it right, which could include correcting, recreating or replacing the affected artwork depending on the circumstances.
If You’re Unhappy With Your Artwork

I want you to be happy with your finished Journey of Words and will listen to your concern and consider what can reasonably be done.
However, a later change of mind about words, colours, outlines or other details you previously approved does not automatically include a free redesign or repaint.
Cancellations
Journey of Words commissions are personalised and created specifically for you.
Personalised or custom-made goods are generally excluded from the ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights that apply to many online purchases.
Different rules can apply to different elements of an order, including services and digital content.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel so I can explain what stage your order has reached and what options are available.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights where something is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
